Hello! I’m Timothy Gaull, an accomplished Product Designer, Business Thinker, and LGBTQ rights activist. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in turning ideas into impact with game-changing design and smart strategy. I’ve consulted billion-dollar unicorn startups, had a strategic impact on multi-billion dollar Wall-street firms, successfully lobbied state legislators, and run for the United States Senate.
One of my crowning achievements was leading the design for the team that won the 2023 SXSW Innovation Award for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, making an impact on diversity and inclusion and overall people strategy at many firms.
Running for the Democratic Nomination for the U.S. Senate in Missouri is an experience that deepened my passion for integrating design thinking into the world of politics and directly led to my involvement with the Democratic Party of Kentucky and other efforts where I’m consulting to build the base of LGBTQ power across states hostile to the inclusion of LGBTQ people.
When I’m not immersed in work, I enjoy cycling, skiing, and engaging in impactful conversations about the potential for design and strategic engagement to create a better world built on the premise of equality and equitable inclusion for all.
